A clearer starting point

Water quality is personal. Your filtration plan should be, too.

Every Thatch Blend Zone system is certified against NSF/ANSI standards and fitted by licensed technicians, so the water your family drinks is tested rather than assumed.

Serving homes and offices across the Kanto region with same-week installation, transparent recommendations and annual filter servicing plans.
What we measure firstHardness, TDS, chlorine, pH and the flow rate your household actually needs.
Read the water, not the label

Your tap leaves clues before it leaves a taste.

Cloudy ice, scale around a faucet or a metallic aftertaste can point to very different causes. Our assessment turns those clues into a useful treatment plan, without asking you to buy more equipment than your home needs.

01

Source water

We identify how local supply conditions and seasonal changes affect the water entering your property.

02

Household demand

We size for cooking, bathing, laundry and peak flow so the system performs when everyone is home.

03

Practical fit

We account for cabinet space, drainage, maintenance access and the way your kitchen is actually used.

FAQ

Common questions about home filtration.

How long does installation take?

Most under-sink RO systems and carbon filters are installed within two hours. Whole-home softeners and point-of-entry filters typically take half a day.

Do I need a water test before buying a system?

Yes. A free in-home test tells us the hardness, TDS and chlorine levels in your water so we can recommend the smallest system that actually solves your problem.

How often do filters need replacing?

Most cartridges last 6–12 months depending on household usage and source water quality. Our servicing plan schedules replacements automatically.

Will a softener remove minerals I want to keep?

Softeners exchange hardness minerals for sodium or potassium ions; they don't affect drinking water quality if paired with a separate RO drinking tap.
